This weekend we paid a much overdue visit to Hej Coffee. I have seen a lot of pictures of Hej on Instagram and must say that it did live up to its Instagram fame ;) A beautiful Teal exterior with aged wooden tables and cozy couches is just what we needed after a busy week.

We got there quite early on Saturday at about 8:30am, just as they opened. So we managed to grab the best spot in the cafe. I could have easily spent half a day on this couch reading a book and sipping on a coffee. We ordered lattes and a carrot cake, both were delicious. The carrot cake also won Ari's approval.

By about 9:30ish, this place was packed. There were so many people who were going in and out with their dogs. So, if you are around Bermondsey Square or closer to the city, this spot is great to hang out and chill with your pooch.

Ari chose Hummus & Soy Sauce cardigan and The Rover Boutique bow tie for our coffee outing.
